Customer Success Manager

DRNY is looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience in sales and customer consultation in the beauty field, alongside social media skills. The role includes customer communication, information about beauty products and treatments, and promoting the clinic on social media.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with new and existing customers and providing information relevant to their needs.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships, with attention to customer satisfaction.
• Managing social media campaigns and creating content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer consultation in the beauty field.
• Current knowledge of products, treatments and technologies in the beauty field.
• Good written and spoken communication skills within and outside the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet targets and work to deadlines.
• Experience in social media management and marketing is a significant advantage.
• Good English is an advantage.
